Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for

the respondents.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and

the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The short question involved in this writ petition is with

regard to consideration of the application at Annexure-B to the writ

petition, made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent herein -

Tahasildar, Kushtagi, in terms of the judgment and decree in FDP

No.4/2016, by the trial Court.

3. In that view of the matter, without expressing any

opinion on the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent herein is

directed to consider the application made by the petitioner within

eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
