                           JUDGMENT

This appeal was filed in the year 2020 and this Court vide

order dated 01.02.2023, granted two weeks time to comply

with the office objections on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/-

payable at Registry, failing which to list the matter for

dismissal.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that

he has paid the cost, but could not comply with the office

objections.

3. Inspite of sufficient opportunity being given to

comply with the office objections, the office objections are not

complied with till date. Hence, in view of the peremptory

order, the appeal is dismissed for non-compliance of office

objections.
