In an appeal of the year 2019, even till now the

process is not paid for the first time to send the notice to

the respondent. This matter came up on 01.06.2022 and

09.06.2022 and the same was adjourned for paying the

process. On 07.12.2023, when this matter came up

before this Court, there was no representation on behalf of

the appellant and the matter was directed to be listed

under the caption for dismissal on 08.12.2023. Today also

there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It

appears that the appellant is not interested to pursue the

matter.

prosecution.
