ORDER
Learned counsel on both sides submit that joint memo for
withdrawal has been filed which reads as under:
"JOINT MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL
The parties above named submit as under:
1) That the parties herein have amicably settled the matter and have agreed to withdraw the above case.
2) It is agreed between the parties that the petitioner and respondent has filed mutual consent divorce petition before the Principal Family Court At:- Hubballi in MC No 449/2023 in which respondent/husband has agreed to paid a sum of Rs 25 lakhs to petitioner/wife for full and final settlement.
3) The parties, therefore, undertake to file the joint memo before this hon'ble court.
Hence, the joint memo."
The same is taken on record.
In view of the submissions and joint memo filed, the
petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
