    THIS APPEAL COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE
COURT DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:

                        JUDGMENT

This appeal is filed in the year 2018 and the matter was

listed for non-compliance of office objections on 06.04.2018 and

this Court granted two weeks time to comply with the office

objections. On 20.08.2018, at the request of the learned

counsel for the appellant two weeks time was granted to comply

with the office objections. The matter was again listed on

16.09.2019 and the learned counsel for the appellant sought

three weeks time and three weeks time was granted to comply

with the office objections. It was made clear that if the office

objections are not complied within such period, the appeal shall

be listed for dismissal. Inspite of the same, till date the office

objections are not complied with. Hence, in view of the

peremptory order dated 16.09.2019, the appeal is dismissed for

non-compliance of office objections.
