      This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397
read with Section 401 Cr.P.C. praying to call for entire records
and set aside the order of conviction and sentence and fine
imposed by the learned XX Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate,
Bengaluru, vide judgment dated 04.04.2019, passed in
C.C.No.20961/2016 and further be pleased to set aside the
judgment confirmed by the learned LXV Addl.City Civil and
Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, in Crl.Appeal No.1002/2019 vide
judgment dated 17.01.2020 and further be pleased to acquit
the petitioner in the interest of justice and equity.

      This Criminal Revision Petition is coming on for Orders
through Physical Hearing/Video Conferencing Hearing, this day
the Court made the following:

                                 ORDER

None appear in the matter either physically or through

Video Conference. No reasons are forthcoming for

non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In spite of granting several and sufficient opportunities,

even as finally, in this matter of the year 2020, till date, the

petitioner has not complied the office objections.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed

for non-prosecution, as well for non-compliance of office

objections.
