      This Review Petition is filed under order 47 Rule 1 CPC,
praying to allow the Review Petition reviewing the impugned
judgment    passed   by   this   Hon'ble   High   Court   in   R.F.A.
No.200008/2016 dated 11-08-2017, by dismissing the suit of
the plaintiff under the principles of equity and natural justice.



      This petition coming on for orders this day, Sreenivas
Harish Kumar J., made the following:

                      ORDER

The matter has been posted for the 4th time for

compliance of office objections. Learned counsel for

the petitioners prays for time today also. In the

morning hour he was directed to attend to the office

objections today itself. Inspite of waiting till 3.15

p.m. for removal of office objections, the petitioners'

counsel has not appeared. In this view we do not find

good ground to grant further time to remove office

objections. Therefore petition is dismissed.Sd
