praying to allow the appeal and interfere with the
judgment and award of reference Court in LACA
No.284/2016 dated 17.03.2017 passed by the I Addl.
District Judge Kalaburagi and etc.

      This appeal coming on for orders this day, the Court

The learned counsel for the appellants is absent.

Even during the course of second call, there is no

representation. Inspite of granting sufficient opportunities,
