       This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227
of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of
certiorari in the nature of quashing the impugned
Judgment and Award dated 07.11.2014 passed in LAC
No.747/2012 by the learned Senior Civil Judge Afzalpur,
Vide. Annexure-A and etc .

     This petition coming on for Orders this day, the
Court made the following:

The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a

memo seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this

writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
