      This MSA is filed under Section 54(2) of the Land
Acquisition Act, praying to call for the records and allow
the appeal and set aside the judgment and award passed
by the learned III Addl. District Judge at Kalaburagi in
LACA No.454/2016 dated 07.04.2017 and etc.

      This appeal coming on for Orders, this day, the Court
delivered the following:-

                       JUDGMENT

Inspite of granting sufficient opportunities, office

objections are not complied with and Court fee is also

not paid. Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for non-

compliance of office objections.
