        This Regular Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of
the Code of Civil Procedure, praying to set aside the judgment and
decree dated 29.11.2007 passed by the learned Civil Judge
(Sr.Dn.) Indi, in R.A.No.19/2007 as well as the judgment and
decree dated 28.03.2007 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr.Dn.)
Indi, in O.S.No.43/2002 and decree the suit in O.S.No.43/2002, in
the interest of justice and equity.
        This appeal coming on for final hearing this day,

                       JUDGMENT

appellant that the sole appellant has died long back.
