JUDGMENT AND AWARD DATED 31.12.2011 PASSED IN MVC
NO.2087/2011 ON THE FILE OF THE PRESIDING OFFICER, FAST
TRACK COURT-I, CHIKODI, AWARDING THE COMPENSATION OF
`2,65,000/- WITH INTEREST AT THE RATE OF 9% P.A. FROM THE
DATE OF PETITION TILL REALIZATION.

     THIS APPEAL COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE
COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:


                              ORDER

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that

he has instructions to withdraw the appeal and he

will file a memo to the said effect within a period of

one week from today.

Having regard to the said submission, the appeal

is dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the appellant shall file the

memo with regard to the withdrawal of the appeal

before the Registry within a period of one week, as
