ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MADE THE FOLLOWING:

                          ORDER

This petition has been filed for non-compliance

of the directions contained in the judgment dated

30.11.2021 passed in W.A. No.3848/2019.

The learned Additional Government Advocate

has filed an affidavit in which it has been stated that

suitable action in accordance with law on the

application submitted by the complainant, has been

taken.

2. On perusal of paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of the

counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents, we

are not inclined to proceed further with the contempt

proceedings.

However, liberty is reserved to the complainant

to take action in accordance with law, if so advised.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is

disposed of.
