      This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227
of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ in the
nature of mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose
of the application filed by the petitioner on 12.06.2014
under Sec.28(A) of Land Acquisition Act produced as
Annexure-D and pay the enhanced compensation with all
statutory benefits in respect of 01 acre 10 guntas of land
acquired by the respondent in Sy.No.11 of Madargaon, Tq.
Humnabad, Dist. Bidar on the basis of the common

judgment of Reference Court in LAC No.22 of 2011 and
others dated 01.04.2014.

     This petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in 'B'
Group this day, the Court made the following:-


                                ORDER

The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for

mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the

application filed by the petitioner on 12.06.2014 under

Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act vide

Annexure-D.

2. Learned High Court Government Pleader

submits that if reasonable time is granted to the

respondent, the respondent will consider the

application in accordance with law and pass

appropriate order.

3. Submission of the learned High Court

Government Pleader is placed on record.

4. In view of the submission made by learned

High Court Government Pleader, the writ petition is

allowed and the respondent is directed to consider the

application dated 12.06.2014 vide Annexure-D in

accordance with law within a period of two months

from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
