                          ORDER

This appeal is filed against the judgment of acquittal.

The learned counsel for appellant has not shown any

interest in prosecuting the appeal and court notice was

issued to the counsel for appellant and it was served but in

spite of that, he did not respond to the same. Thereafter

as a precautionary measure, Court has issued court notice

to the appellant-complainant but there is no response. It

appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting

the appeal. Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for non-

prosecution.
