JUDGE AND J.M.F.C., CHANNAPATNA IN C.C.NO.763/2011
AND ALLOW THE ABOVE CRL.RP. AND ETC.


     THIS CRIMINAL REVISION PETITION COMING ON
FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE
FOLLOWING:-
                          ORDER

Heard the learned counsel Sri Sundaresh.H.C,

appearing for the Revision Petitioner.

2. A memo came to be filed reporting the death

of the revision petitioner on 23.06.2021. The memo reads

as under:

"The undersigned counsel for the petitioner herewith

submits that, the petitioner expired on 13.11.2019, in view

of the above the case has become infractuous and same

may be taken on record, in the interest of justice and

equity."

3. In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex

Court in the case of Ramesan (Dead) through Legal

Representative Girija vs. The State of Kerala reported

in (2020) 3 SCC 45, the revision petition is disposed of

while maintaining the conviction order in regard to fine

amount.
