       This Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397
r/w 401 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner praying to set aside the
order of conviction and sentence dated 26.08.2016 passed by
the XXI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru in
C.C.No.486/2014 which is confirmed by the judgment dated
                                     2             Crl.R.P.No.739/2019




05.11.2018 passed by the LXVII Additional City Civil and
Sessions Judge, Bengaluru in Crl.A.No.1139/2016 for the
offence punishable under Section 138 of N.I.Act.


      This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for orders,
through Video Conference, this Day, the Court made the
following:
                               ORDER

Learned counsel from both side are appearing through

video conference.

2. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits

that the petitioner does not want to proceed further in this

petition and he seeks permission for withdrawal of the

petition. He further submits that the parties have settled the

matter. As such, the petitioner does not want to proceed

further in this matter.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent makes

supporting submission on the lines of the submission of the

learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner further

submits that he has sent a withdrawal memo to the Registry

through e-mail a short while ago.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as

not pressed. By virtue of the disposal of the main petition,

I.A.Nos.1 of 2019 and 2 of 2019 does not survive for

consideration.
