       This Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397(1)
and 401 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner praying to set aside the
judgment dated 30.07.2014 passed by the 1st Additional District
and Sessions Judge, Kodagu, Madikeri in Crl.A.No.52/2007 and
also judgment dated 22.06.2007 passed by the JMFC,
Somwarpet in C.C.No.651/2003 and also acquit the petitioner in
this case.

      This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for orders,
through Video Conference, this Day, the Court made the
following:
                                    2       Crl.R.P No.682/2014




                             ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner who is appearing

through video conference submits that he has filed a memo

along with the death certificate of the petitioner reporting the

death of the petitioner on 01.12.2019. However, he submits that

in view of the death of the petitioner and since his legal

representatives are not evincing interest in continuing the

revision petition, the revision petition stands abated.

2. In view of the memo and also considering the fact

that neither of the parties in the revision petition have filed any

application to bring the legal representatives of the deceased

petitioner on record and more importantly, in view of the

submission made today by the learned counsel for the revision

petitioner that the revision petition stands abated, the present

revision petition stands abated.
