award dated 30.11.2018 passed by the I Additional District
Judge, Belagavi in LAC.No.291/2017 and etc.

      This appeal coming on for orders this day, the Court

Learned HCGP is directed to take notice for respondent No.1.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant has filed an application seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal reserving liberty to the appellant to file review petition.

3. Memo is accepted. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the appellant to file review before the appropriate Court.

4. The Court fee to be refunded to the appellant in accordance with law.
