       This MFA is filed under Section 173(1) of M.V.Act, 1988,
against the Judgment and Award dated 18.06.2011 passed in
MVC No.211/2007 on the file of the member, MACT No.IV,
Bagalkot, Awarding the compensation of Rs.2,47,700/- with
interest at the rate of 6% p.a. from the date of petition, till its
realization.

     This MFA coming on for Final Hearing, this day, the Court
passed the following:

                           JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo dated

04.08.2020 seeking permission to withdraw the present appeal.

In view of the said memo and supporting submission made

by the learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal is

dismissed, as withdrawn.

The amount in deposit, if any, shall be transmitted to the

concerned tribunal, for disbursal, in accordance with law.
