The learned counsel for the petitioner having argued

the matter vociferously for some time now seeks leave to

withdraw the writ petition and accordingly the same is

permitted to be withdrawn, leave having been granted.

respondent.

respondent considering representation of the petitioner for

the reprieve in accordance with law.
