      This Regular Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of
CPC against the judgment and decree dated 16.04.2012 passed
in RA.No.182/2011 on the file of Principal District and Sessions
Judge,   Mysore,   dismissing   the   appeal   filed   against   the
judgment     and    decree    dated    22.02.2011      passed     in
O.S.No.1025/2006 on the file of IV Additional Senior Civil
Judge, Mysore.

      This appeal coming on for Hearing - Interlocutory
Application, this day, the Court delivered the following:

                             JUDGMENT

Learned Counsel for the appellants has filed a memo

dated 29.11.2021 with a prayer to permit the appellants to

withdraw the appeal. He has also made a prayer to refund

the court fee paid by the appellants in this appeal.

The memo is placed on record. Appeal is dismissed

as withdrawn.
