Learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner has filed

a memo seeking withdrawal of the revision petition. The

memo reads as under:

"It is respectfully submitted that the petitioner and respondent settled the matter amicably before the trial court and the petitioner paid the fine amount to the respondent and state government and the case has been closed before the trial court. In view of this the petitioner not pressed the above petition, in the interest of justice and equity."

In view of the memo filed, the Criminal Revision

Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
