in MVC No.98/2018 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge,
MACT-IX Harappanahalli partly allowing the claim petition
for   compensation     and  seeking    enhancement     of
compensation.

      This MFA, coming on for orders, this day, this Court,
delivered the following:

                     JUDGMENT

The office has raised an objection regarding the

maintainability of this appeal before this Bench since

the matter falls within the territorial jurisdiction of the

Dharwad Bench.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that

this appeal may be transferred to the Dharwad Bench.

In view of the above, the office is directed to

transmit the case papers to Dharwad Bench,

forthwith.
