This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 378(4)
Cr.P.C. praying to set aside the judgment dated
22.06.2018 passed by the VI A.C.M.M., Bengaluru, in
C.C.No.11590/2012 - acquitting the respondent/accused
for the offence punishable under section 420 of IPC.
This Criminal Appeal coming on for orders this day,
the court made the following:
ORDER
The order sheet dated 15.2.2021 shows that four
weeks time was given to the appellant's counsel as a
last chance for compliance of office objections.
Appellant's counsel is absent today. Office objections
have not been complied with in spite of giving
sufficient time. Therefore appeal is dismissed.
