      This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397
and 401 of Cr.P.C. praying to set aside the judgment and order
dated 29th January 2016 passed by the J.M.F.C. (V Court),
Mangaluru, D.K., in C.C.No.1256/2014 and judgment and order
dated 19th June 2019 in Crl.Appeal No.43/2016 passed by the
VI Addl.District and Sessions Juge, D.K.Mangaluru, and acquit
the petitioner in the said offence.
