      This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 of
Cr.P.C praying to quash the conviction sentence in the
judgment order dated 27.2.2019 passed by the trial court
(Principal Civil Judge and JMFC, Kollegal) in C.C.No.
216/2017.

      This Criminal Petition coming on for orders this day,
the Court made the following:

                             ORDER

Petitioner/party-in-person has filed a memo for

withdrawal of the petition on the ground that the appellate

court, i.e., Additional District and Sessions Court at

Chamarajnagar District, has passed a judgment in favour

of the appellant/petitioner and hence he may be permitted

to withdraw the petition.

2. In view of the memo, petitioner/party-in-person
