1. The applicant who is in custody since 24.03.2022 has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No.154 of 2023 arising out of Argora P.S. Case No.84 of 2022, registered for the offence under Sections 394 & 302/34 of IPC, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner- VII-cum-Spl. Judge CBI (AHD Scam), Ranchi. The charge has already been framed.

2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part.

3. Earlier the bail application of this applicant was rejected on merit vide order dated 13.04.2023 passed in B.A. No.2136 of 2023. This is the second attempt.

4. From perusal of the report submitted by the trial court, it appears that out of ten charge sheeted witnesses, seven witnesses have already been examined. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been renewed.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant.

6. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the applicant. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the applicant stands rejected once again.

8. The applicant is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within three months.
