th 03/Dated:19 January, 2026 It appears from the report sent by the learned Member Secretary, JHALSA as well as learned DLSA, Bokaro on 06.01.2026 and 03.01.2026 that no compensation has been paid to the Victim girl in connection with Special POCSO Case No.04 of 2024.
2. It appears from the impugned judgment and sentence passed by the learned Trial Court that the appellant has been convicted under Section 354A of the I.P.C and Section 10 and 12 of the POCSO Act. However, he has beeen sentenced to undergo R.I. for five (05) years and R.I for three (03) years and to pay the fine of Rs.5,000/- and Rs.3,000/- respectively under Section 10 and 12 of the POCSO Act and no separate sentence has been passed with regard to offence under section 354A of IPC in view of section 42 of POCSO Act.
3. Put up this case after two weeks.
4. In the meantime, learned APP may file affidavit and also awaiting appearance of the Respondent No.2 by way of last chance.
