1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioners pray to transfer them to their choice place
of posting as per the policy framed by the respondents.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents
submits that now the petitioners have to apply online and represent
then only their case can be considered. He submits that the case of
the petitioners has not been rejected but can only be considered after
the petitioners fulfill all the formalities.
4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioners
to file their application online and also represent before
respondent-2 who will consider the case of the petitioners and will
pass an appropriate order as per law and the policy formulated by
the State after scrutinizing all the documents of the petitioners.
5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ application is
disposed of.
