1. Heard the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed as the respondents have started paying the family pension of the petitioner.

3. Considering the said submission, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that they will ensure the payment of the family pension on regular basis subject to the condition that the petitioner on yearly basis, furnishes the life certificates.
