12/06.02.2026 The present writ petition has been filed for compliance of the

order dated 06.03.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 4935 of 2021.

2. This order has been tested up to the Hon'ble Apex Court and

now it has been submitted that the recommendation has been made by

the J.P.SC. on 10.12.2025 to the Vice Chancellor of the Ranchi

University for appointment of the petitioner on the post of Assistant

Professor for the subject Nagpuri under the S.T. Category.

3. However, it has been complained by the learned counsel for the

petitioner that the said recommendation has not been acted upon by

the Ranchi University till date.

4. This is nothing but snatching away the fruit of judicial

pronouncement, which has been upheld up to the Hon'ble Apex

Court. It is otherwise also not permissible.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead the

Vice Chancellor, Ranchi University, Ranchi as opposite party no. 5 in

the array of parties during course of the day.

6. Issue notice upon the newly added opposite party no. 5 through

speed post as well as under ordinary process, for which, requisites etc.

must be filed by Tuesday i.e., 10.02.2026.

7. Put up this case after three weeks.
