1. Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The present contempt petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the alleged contemnors/ opposite parties for non-compliance of the order dated 04.09.2025, passed in W.P.(C) No.4620 of 2025.

3. In pursuant to order dated 16.01.2026, Mr. Satwik, Divisional Forest Officer, Dumka, is physically present before this Court.

4. The Divisional Forest Officer has brought the compliance order dated 03.02.2026, suggesting that the vehicle, in question, has already been released. Let the copy of order dated 03.02.2026 be kept on record.

5. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to proceed further in the contempt proceeding. Accordingly, the present contempt case is, hereby, dropped.

6. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.

7. Personal appearance of Mr. Satwik, Divisional Forest Officer, Dumka,, is hereby, dispensed with.
