1. Learned Amicus Curiae has assured the Court that he will provide a

note/chart which would include the schools operating through

dilapidated buildings as well as the schools operating without any

roof or basic infrastructure. He has also assured us that he would

provide a similar note/chart with regard to the vacancy position of

teachers in the schools in the State of Jharkhand.

2. At the request made on behalf of learned counsel for the

respondent-JEPC, we adjourn this matter to 26.02.2026.

3. The learned Advocate General has intervened in this matter and

assures this Court that he will convene a meeting of all concerned

officials and see what best can be done to restore the "Zila School,

Ranchi" now known as "C.M. School of Excellence (Zila School),

Ranchi" to its past glory.

4. We appreciate the learned Advocate General's intervention and we

are confident that with his intervention, necessary steps would be

taken to improve the infrastructure at the school.

5. For the present, we post this matter on 12.03.2026.

W.P.(PIL) No. 6120 of 2023 With W.P.(PIL) No. 5676 of 2025

6. Since W.P.(PIL) No. 6120 of 2023 addresses the issue of several

schools located in the State, the same is de-tagged from W.P.(PIL)

No. 5676 of 2025 which is specific to the "C.M. School of Excellence

(Zila School), Ranchi".
