1. Heard the parties.
2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-
"(A) For a direction upon the respondent no.2 to show-cause as to why the application made by the petitioner bank under Section 14 of the Securitisation Act registered as SARFAESI Case No.67/2025 has been kept pending.
(B) For a further direction upon the respondent no.2 to pass a final order upon the pending application of the petitioner made under Section 14 of the Securitisation Act registered as SARFAESI Case No.67/2025."
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
