1. This writ application has been filed praying therein to stay the Execution Case No.1/2025 for execution of order dated 28.08.2024 passed by the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Latehar.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has already filed an appeal before the Jharkhand State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ranchi but the forum is not functioning. Thus, he is forced to approach this Court, since an Execution Case has been filed for executing the order dated 28.08.2024.

3. Learned counsels present in the Court today all in one voice submits that the Jharkhand State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission is presently not functional.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts that since the petitioner has already filed an appeal and there is no one to consider the same, the operation and implementation in execution of the final order passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Latehar in Execution Case No.1/2025 is stayed, subject to payment of Rs.25,000/- to be deposited before the Jharkhand State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ranchi.

5. After depositing the same, the petitioner will file an affidavit showing the proof of such deposit. Three weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to file affidavit.

6. Issue notice to the respondent No.2 to 5 under speed

post as well as by ordinary process, for which, requisite etc. must be filed within two weeks.
