1. The appearance has been made on behalf of sole
respondent through Vakalatnama.
I.A. No.6117 of 2025
2. Today the matter has been posted for consideration
of the issue of condonation of delay, since the appeal has
been filed after delay of 11 days.
3. We have considered the interlocutory application.
4. The reason for causing delay of 11 days has been
referred at paragraphs-12, 13 and 14.

is fair enough to submit that the delay may be condoned so
that the matter may be decided on merit.

delay needs to be condoned so that the matter be decided
on merit.
7. Accordingly, the delay of 11 days in filing the
instant appeal is condoned.
