02/06.04.2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bishrampur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 221, 224, 308(3), 308(4), 352, 351(3) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having a Customer Service Point. She further submits that false allegation has been made of transferring of Rs.20,000/- in the Account of the petitioner and the petitioner is not having criminal antecedent as stated in para 10 of the petition. She also submits that in identical situation, co-accused, Harendra Kumar Singh has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No.789 of 2026. She submits that the petitioner will co-operate in the investigation.
4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are thereof demanding extortion money.

Considering that the petitioner is having a Customer Service Point of Yes Bank and the allegations are made of demanding money and in identical situation, co-accused, Harendra Kumar Singh has been anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.789 of 2026 and the petitioner is not having criminal antecedent as stated in para 10 of the petition and it has been pointed out that the petitioner will co-operate in the investigation, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
