04/02.09.2025 In course of argument, it has been argued by the learned counsel for
the petitioner that the husband of the deceased has been acquitted vide
judgment dated 10.07.2024. She submits that the petitioner is not the family
member. She further submits that the charge-sheet has been submitted
against the petitioner under Section 304-B/306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
She also submits that the petitioner was not named in the FIR.

3. Let this matter appear on 07.10.2025.
4. Till the next date, charge shall not be framed against the petitioner in
connection with S.T. Case No.20 of 2024, arising out of Murhu P.S. Case
No.45/2022, pending in the Court of the learned District Additional Sessions
Judge, 1st at Khunti.
5. I.A. No.10230 of 2025, meant for stay, is therefore disposed of.
