04/07.10.2025 The matter relates to Pakur (T) P.S. Case No. 16 of 2021

corresponding to G.R. Case No.362 of 2021 pending in the Court of

learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur.

2. After some argument, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move

before the learned Court on the strength of the judgment of Hon'ble

Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Versus Central

Bureau of Investigation & Anr., reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the

aforesaid liberty.
