This application is filed to condone the delay of 155

days in filing this Letters Patent Appeal, challenging the judgment

of the learned Single Judge.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the

respondent no. 1 to oppose the condonation of delay.

3. Since sometimes delay occurs on account of slow

process of decision making by the government and since the delay

in the instant case cannot be said to be inordinate, this application

is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
