In terms of order dated 23rd April, 2025, learned counsel for the

petitioner was directed to file affidavit as to whether the delivery of

possession in compliance of the judgment of the learned trial court

has been affected or not? But the same has not been filed as yet.

2. As a last chance, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to

comply the order dated 23rd April, 2025.

3. Let the matter be listed after summer vacation.
