2. Call for the Social Investigation report of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead the Victim Girl-X through her guardian as O.P No.2 in course of the day.

4. The learned APP is directed to get served notice upon the guardian of the Victim Girl-X through the Superintendent of Police, Koderma in the light of judgment reported in (2019) 2 SCC 703 (Nipun Saxena and Anr. vs. Union of India) and file affidavit with regard to service of notice upon the guardian of Victim Girl-X.

5. Put up this case on 13.06.2025.

6. Let a copy of this order be sent by FAX to the office of Superintendent of Police, Koderma and be also handed over to the learned APP for the needful.
