2. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that

he has received instruction from his client that she is ready to

receive the monetary compensation in lieu of compassionate

appointment from the date of death of the deceased. He submits

that there is a judgment of this Court that from the date of death of

the deceased, the person is entitled to get monetary compensation.

3. Considering his submission, list this case on 02.04.2025,

under the heading "for orders".

4. Learned counsel representing the respondents is directed

to seek appropriate instructions from the Central Coalfields Limited

(CCL).
