                       M.S. Ramachandra Rao, C.J.(Oral)

1. This appeal is filed by the State challenging the judgment dt.

13.12.2018 in W.P. (S) No. 7733 of 2013 of the learned Single Judge.

2. Since the learned Single Judge in the impugned order has only

directed consideration by the 2nd Appellant of conferring the status of

regular full-fledged Public Prosecutor on the respondent and also to

consider grant of pay scale and all consequential benefits including

retirement benefits, it is always open to the appellants to consider and pass

an appropriate order either accepting or rejecting the claim made by the

respondent.

3. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the Letters Patent Appeal.

It is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the appellants to take a

decision as directed by the learned Single Judge.

4. Pending Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand disposed of.
