Order No.02 / Dated: 13.06.2025 I.A. No. 6751 of 2025 This Criminal Appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant by challenging the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 28.04.2025 passed by Sri Sachindra Nath Sinha, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandil, in SC & ST Case No.76/2021, arising out of Ichagarh P.S. Case No.67/2020, corresponding to G.R. No. 313 of 2021 by which the appellant has been convicted for the offences under Sections 323 of the IPC and sentenced to undergo RI for one (1) years and to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand only) for the offence under Section 323 of IPC .

2. I.A. No. 6751 of 2025 has been filed on behalf of the appellant for confirmation of provisional bail granted to the appellant till 30.06.2025 vide order dated 28.04.2025 by the learned Trial Court.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the appellant has been granted provisional bail of the appellant till 30.06.2025 vide order dated 28.04.2025 by Sri Sachindra Nath Sinha, the learned Additional Session Judge, Chandil and hence his provisional bail may be confirmed .

4. Learned APP has raised no objection.

5. Under the circumstances, the Provisional Bail granted to the appellant namely Pankaj Mahato @ Pankaj Kumar Mahato by the learned Court below vide order dated 28.04.2025 till 30.06.2025 is, hereby, confirmed.

6. Thus, I.A. No.6751 of 2025 is allowed and stands disposed of.

7. Admit.

8. Call for the legible scanned copy of Lower Court Records.

9. Office is directed to issue notice to the Informant by Speed Post with A/D.
