1. Learned counsel for the informant as also learned
counsel for the State has sought for time to file counter
affidavit to the instant Interlocutory Application, in view of
judgment passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of
Somesh Chaurasia Vs. State of M.P. & Anr. [2021 SCC
OnLine SC 480].
2. Time, as sought for, is allowed.
3. Let such affidavit be filed on before the next date of
hearing.
4. List this case on 4th March, 2025.
5. Learned counsel for the appellant, when this Court has
expressed its view and started dictation in the matter, has
sought for leave of this Court not to press the instant
Interlocutory Application.
6. In view of such submission, the instant Interlocutory
Application stands dismissed as not pressed and as such
disposed of.
