This appeal has been filed challenging the judgment dated 20.07.2019 (decree signed on 30.07.2019) passed by the learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-V, Ranchi in Civil Appeal No. 43/2018 whereby the appeal was dismissed against the judgment dated 31.01.2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) No. 1, Ranchi in Original (Title) Suit No. 426 of 2010. The learned trial court has decreed the suit in favor of the plaintiffs.

3. I.A. No. 1928 of 2025 has been filed seeking withdrawal of the second appeal.

4. I.A. No. 1928 of 2025 seeking withdrawal of the second appeal is hereby allowed and this second appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
