06/17.02.2025 Corrected certified copy of the judgment of the Original Suit No. 811 of 2021 has been received. However, defect nos. 1 to 9 are concerned, in spite of the order dated 18.11.2024, have not been removed.

By way of last indulgence, one week further time is allowed to the learned counsel for the appellant to remove the defects as pointed out by the office, failing which, this appeal shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.
