5/11.02.2025 This petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India
wherein the challenge has been made to the order dated 3.4.2024 passed by
learned Civil Judge, Sr. Division -1, Pakur in T(E) Suit No.9 of 2014 whereby the
petitioner has been directed to deposit the rent under section 15 of the
Jharkhand Building (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 2011.
2. Learned counsel for the sole Opposite Party submits that now the said
suit has already been decided by the learned court vide judgment dated
30.01.2025.
3. In view of the judgment passed by the learned trial court, this petition
has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to
take recourse under the law.
